3 – Try A Different Handle

In the event that you have proactively begun drawing, you may don’t realize which is the right method for holding a pencil. It may sound strange, but holding a pencil in the same way you hold a pen is not the best way to draw. If you hold the pencil in this way, you will unavoidably put your hand on the paper, which will likely leave stains, and your wrist won’t be free to move completely. Instead, make an effort to open your hand with your palm facing you, close the pencil’s grip with your forefinger and thumb, flip your hand over, and begin drawing. It will initially appear uncomfortable. Yet, you’ll quickly see that you have more opportunity of development and your paper stay clean.

4 – Frame The Subject

When you decide to draw something like a landscape, a portrait, or a still life, we recommend framing the subject so you know exactly what will go into your drawing and what won’t. After some time this will turn into an automatism. However, for the present, we encourage you to assist yourself with a little “wooden casing” and afterward with a square shape that has similar extents as your drawing. Put it before you, and edge what you need to draw inside it: It will now be much simpler to place the various objects inside your sheet.

5 – Turn A Blind Eye

How many times have you seen someone ignore the subject being drawn in a drawing class or even in a movie? It’s an extremely useful trick! Deliberately ignoring permits us to dispense with profundity, as a matter of fact. Which is good because the drawing will continue to be done on a plane with only two dimensions!
